Geo-Framing by El Toro allows you to capture the Unique Advertising Device ID’s of mobile devices present at events, workplaces, and shops– all with the intent to advertise to these high-value audiences segmented by geo-located interests. With Geo-Framing, you can even go back in time and capture Device ID’s from events that happened up to 6 months ago!

Geo-Framing can then attribute a home address to those devices captured at the chosen event. From there, we are able to target that home’s network with programmatic digital banner ads using El Toro’s premium technology, IP Targeting.
